We have several projects that we work on in the local and global communities:

Locally:

Holiday Love Baskets: This past year we teamed up with McKendree University's Campus Ministries and handed out Holiday Love Baskets to 5 needy families in Lebanon during Final Exams Week. Each basket included enough food for a Christmas holiday meal and a gift certificate for a Turkey at Tom's Supermarket. We are working in a partnership with McKendree University's Campus Ministries to make this a yearly event.

Game Nights:We host Game Nights several times each semester. A Game Night includes board games, card games, video games, dance pad, guitar hero, and singstar (karaoke). Admission is $5 and a can of food our Holiday Love Baskets. Game Night is what helped us feed the 5 families this past Christmas. Thank you for each of you who donated canned goods at Game Night.

Globally:

Nevis Mission Trip; July 11-19, 2008. Each summer we take a group of students to Nevis, West Indies, to help Calvary Baptist Church and a Gate Alumni, Kurvin Wallace, minister to students at their Youth Camp. Last year we took 5 students, this year we are hoping for 10-15. We had the opportunity to impact the lives of about 60 students who attended the youth camp and concerts, and countless students who heard us through our radio inerviews, and church services.
